Make an Appointment with an Honors Counselor
Beginning Fall 2026, UCLA and the Honors Program require students to complete two
full calendar years of community college to be eligible for UCLA TAP certification.
This "two-year clock" begins on the date of your high school graduation. This means
that accelerated "one-year transfers" are no longer eligible for UCLA TAP certification.
Need to see a Counselor? There are two ways to see a Counselor. We hope to connect with you!
